Any additional parts or software will be at the expense of the customer.
Depending on the circumstances, if Cris's Tech Repair cannot perform your repair, there is no payment.
Pick up service is generally free of charge.
All in-home/on-site/remote support services have a mandatory ONE hour labor fee.

Payment
All Major Credit Cards, *Checks and Cash are accepted. We also offer digital invoicing and emailed invoicing. All services will receive a receipt with total amount paid and services performed.
* Checks will be accepted on a case by case status. Cris's Tech Repair reserve the right to not accept checks.
Pickup and Return – Free pickup and delivery for western Palm Beach county area. (Belle Glade, Pahokee and South bay)
Fixed Price Repairs – Flat Rate Pricing. You know the price upfront, with no nasty surprises. Available for most services.
No Call out Fee – The first hour includes travel time and the first hour of labor onsite.
Free Estimates – Simply call or email to discuss your PC problem. We will provide a Free Quote.
